About Nambale A.I.B.C.K

Our journey began in 2003, in the heart of Nambale Sub County, Busia County, Kenya, where my family of five first took root on a rented plot. Life was simple, but the vision for something greater was already beginning to take shape. By 2009, the congregation grew, and we moved to a new rental apartment to accommodate the expanding community.

The real turning point came in 2013, a year that marked a significant leap in our journey. After years of hard work and faith, we were able to purchase our own land—a momentous occasion that laid the foundation for the next chapter. With the plot in hand, we built a humble mabati (iron sheet) structure, which served as our church, a place of worship, and a beacon of hope for the community.

The church continued to grow, both spiritually and numerically. By 2018, we had outgrown the mabati structure, and with determination and unity, we set out to build something more permanent. It was then that we constructed the block church we now call home. This new building stands as a testament to our resilience, faith, and the power of a community united by purpose. It has become a sanctuary where we continue to grow, worship, and serve the people of Nambale.

Initiatives

Transforming Communities Through Faith: A comprehensive initiative blending Theology education:Logos International Bible University, Youth Engagement, Sunday School Programs, Field Evangelism, and Church Planting Training to inspire spiritual growth and outreach.

Theology forms the cornerstone of our educational and spiritual foundation, where we engage in deep, thoughtful exploration of Christian doctrine and its application in the world today. Logos International Bible University plays a pivotal role in this mission, offering a comprehensive program that equips believers with the knowledge and wisdom necessary to understand and communicate the teachings of Scripture. This partnership with Logos University allows us to offer rigorous theological training that empowers
individuals to not only strengthen their faith but also to become leaders in their communities,
equipped to share the Gospel with clarity and conviction.

Our commitment to nurturing the next generation is reflected in the various youth projects we have implemented over the years.
These initiatives are designed to provide young people with opportunities for growth, mentorship, and service, fostering a vibrant community of young believers who are passionate about living out their faith.
Through these youth projects, we aim to cultivate leadership skills, encourage personal responsibility, and deepen their understanding of Christian values in a contemporary context.

The Sunday School Program is another key area where we focus our efforts. Recognizing the importance of foundational teaching for children, our Sunday School aims to impart Biblical truths in an engaging, age-appropriate manner.
By using creative teaching methods, games, songs, and stories, we strive to create an environment where children can grow in their relationship with God, develop moral character, and learn the importance of living out their faith from an early age.

Field evangelism is a critical component of our outreach efforts, as we are dedicated to taking the Gospel beyond the church walls and into the communities we serve.
Our field evangelism programs provide members with the training and resources they need to effectively share their faith in diverse contexts, whether in urban or rural areas. Through door-to-door visits, open-air preaching, and other outreach activities,
we actively work to spread the Good News and invite others to experience the transformative power of Christ. Finally, church planting training is at the heart of our vision for expanding the Kingdom of God. Recognizing that the need for new churches continues to grow, we are committed to training individuals who feel called to start new congregations in under-reached areas.
Through comprehensive church planting programs, we equip aspiring church planters with the theological, practical, and leadership skills needed to establish thriving ministries that will make a lasting impact on their communities. Together, these programs form a holistic approach to ministry, ensuring that we not only grow spiritually but also reach out to those around us, training the next generation of leaders, evangelists, and church planters who will continue the work of building God's Kingdom for generations to come.
